Abstract

본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 대상자의 성별에 따른 성의식, 생식건강지식,성 관련 경험의 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다.
구체적으로 성의식과 성 관련 경험에서 성별에 따른 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 여학생의 성의식수준이 남학생보다 높았고 성관련
경험 또한 남학생보다 적었다.한편 성의식,생식건강지식 및 성관련경험의 관계를 살펴 본 결과에서는 대상자의 성의식이 높을수록 생식건강지식과 성관련경험이 낮은 역 상관성을 나타내었고, 성 관련 경험이 높을수록 생식건강지식이 높은 정상관성을
나타내었다. 이상에서 고등학교 청소년들의 성의식과 생식건강지식사이에 약한 상관성이 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 성관련
경험이 많은 학생들에서 생식건강지식이 높은 것을 알 수 있었다.
이를 토대로 다음과 같은 제언을 하고자 한다.
지역사회 청소년을 대상으로 한 성의식 수준 향상을 위한성교육 프로그램의 개발 시 성별차이를 고려하여 개발할 것을 제언한다.
성관련 경험이 많은 학생들에게 맞는 생식건강지식이 제공될 수 있는 프로그램 제공을 제언한다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to look at the relationship among sexual consciousness, reproductive health knowledge and sexual experience.
Method: the subjects were 276 high school students in 4 high schools in Gvonggi Province and Chungnam Province. The data was collected from August I to September 10. 2003.
Result: The average age of the subjects is 16.5 years old, composed of male students, 154 persons(55.8%), and female students, 122 persons(44.2%). The mean scores of sexual consciousness, reproductive health knowledge and the mean level of sexual experience are 28.9, 10.5, and 1.7 respectively. There is a significant difference in sexual consciousness and sexual experience by sex (t=-3.22, p<.001; t=8.17, p<.001), the male students have more sexual experience than the female students, while the girls have a higher sexual consciousness than boys. Sexual consciousness has a negative relationship with reproductive health knowledge and sexual experiences(r=-0.13, p=0.04;r=-0.17, p=0.01). Sexual experience has a positive relationship to reproductive health knowledge(-0.21, p<.001).
Conclusion: We can conclude that sexual consciousness and reproductive health knowledge are weakly related to sexual experience. In addition we suggest developing an educational program to enhance sexual consciousness for high school students considering sexual differences.
